Hummingbird Road items are dainty and fragile, therefore some items are unable to withstand impact. To secure and maintain the original state of the items, we package each of the purchased items. The durable walls of the provided box will keep your pieces protected and it is recommended for them to be stored here when not worn.

If you receive your items broken in the mail, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours.

Please be aware that any kinds of environmental factors, such as water and hairspray, can affect the metals. Therefore, we advise to keep them away from your headpieces.

Return & Exchange Policy

We aim for uniformity across all pieces and follow your custom design brief as closely as possible. However since Hummingbird Road items all meticulously made by hand, slight differences in design are expected. In addition, we have made every effort to display the colours of our products, on Hummingbird Road page, as accurately as possible. However, due to some variations in monitors and screen settings, we are unable to guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be entirely accurate. By checking out and making a purchase, you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, therefore exchanges due to colour variances will not be accepted.

We have a strict "No Refund" Policy. Please read all the information regarding the product you are interested in and ask us as many questions as desired prior to purchase.

"Ready to ship" items are able to be exchanged, however any "Custom" items are  not allowed. Products must be unworn and unused. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving our products. We will ask several questions and some photographs to review the eligibility of exchanges.
